No...You only need 1 run of 0 to the trunk, unless you are going to draw ~300A+
Ground your batteries in the trunk and hook the amps directly to your batteries as pictured.

And OP: If you plan on keeping these batteries close, there's been a flurry of copper bars on the forum for pretty cheap. You should snatch two or four. FOR TEH UBARNESS.
