Static noise from speakers when turning off accesories

I hear a static pop on the speakers when ever i turn off any accessory, like lights ac/ etc. and it also does it randomly. tred grounding bother amp and hu directly to battery still no fix.

just upgraded to optima battery and still no go.

what should i do?

by the way hu grounded to chasis.

i just did it i grounded the rca to the head unit, no go.

I noticed it the static pop aswell when i switch from the low to high beam

will one of those power line filters work? please guys help its drivving me nuts, becuase it constantly makes it!! at random times

 
I just replaced the amp with an new one, and nothing, tried running power directly to head unit and amp and nothing. I did notice when i flash my headlights it also does it.!!! will a power filter work or what!! please help

 
I ran the rca directly from the hu to amp, like temporary directly out of the dash and nothing, oh by the way i also grounded it directly from the amp through out side the vehicle and nothing, OK how do i check that with a dmm?
