Project Vetkilr part 2. Pics inside - 6th order through the rear Deck.

well i used the tape you use to seal a truck bed topper to the bed on a box i built for a firend a few months ago..it sealed it very well at the time. he hasnt mentioned there being any leaks, so i assume its still good. im going to check it anyhow:) . i thinks its a great idea if you ever have to take the woofer out, change the port size(like i did on that box to change the tuning if needed) etc etc without ruining your box. those are my thoughts on using gasket tapes

yes....if i had access to anything different i would have used it. but i didnt.

anyhow, i will be doing a 6th order very soon for the AP:eek: //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/yumyum.gif.0556df42231b304b9c995aefd13928a8.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif

should get nasty loud running in my home theater of of a behringer ep1500:)

I have my port firing to the drives side, like Tommy said...and sub facing the front, and it made a pretty big differences in my car.
Sweet were gonna try a few things.

We were moving it forward and back and there was alot of difference just in that.

Right now the box is alot lower under 35hz forsure and over 50hz,but inbetween seems lackin to the 3.0 cube box tuned to 35hz forsome reason.

Seems like a cancellation issue inbetween on those notes.

But either way this one sub and one box on music is louder then 2 L7s I had and thats sayin somethin.

So the reasone for the weather stripping is so that you can take off the side/top so that you can get the sub out? Also weather stripping replaces glue?
just the front. and so you can get to the sub without destroying the box
