that black gasket is so thick, but there is no leak, and it isnt permanent.....It works out pretty nicely.

it gets downright nasty on the lows, which is something that we both like. now he needs some carpet and something for the rattles.

Fire the port to the drivers side(flip the box over, then turn it so the port fires into the rear drivers side of the trunk.

For some reason, I think that box is REALLY choking off the airflow into the cabin. I would play around with the box position if you can. If the box won't fit in with the port firing to the drivers side, try firing in the cabin. It's all about experimentation. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Sexy birch wood too. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

the box was made for the port to fire on the drivers side, but for whatever reason it just didnt happen like that. that is what monday is all about.

and firing into the cabin doesnt sound like a bad idea either.

if we fire it into the cabin you think taht we should seal off the trunk?

Play around with different things. You never know whats going to work and what isn't (necessarily) until you try them out. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Sealing off from the cabin may yield higher SPL, but I think it would hurt the overall performance of the box.

okay cool.

since he isnt competing i think the overall factor is more important than the hitting the numbers side of things.

appriciater the input.
