it's 3/4 birch Ply (13 layer) and 1/2 MDF. also it was Designed by 80 Inches, and Vetkilr changed it up a little bit. I am going to double baffle the center brace that holds the sub, because it is a heavy fawker.

I ended up going with a double baffle for the center, because this sub is MASSIVE literally....lol its a Massive audio DMX.

here is the double baffle with the inner port attached

and here is the sub baffle, and the inner port inside the box already.

this is an inital fitting pic of the outer port. we ended up changing the style so the box is firing to the rear like a normal box, instead of cutting into his back dash and glassing to it.

yes, its an 8'er.

**** I didnt hafta cut that much to get into my trunk... That doesnt look pretty at all....but I did beat the hump down.. I forgot about that, until now. Great looking box though.

its getting pushed back down, and covered by that plastic piece that is in the stock location

one piece had to be removable, so here is what i used to make that happen.

what is it you ask?

its the strip that you put at the bottom of a garage door. Only used because they didnt have any weatherstripping........which was teh ghey

its about 1 1/2 inch think.
