okay i lied.

here are the pics of the progress that we have made so far.

That is the original carpet job that sat on the floor before we started. looking boughetto, right?

here is after the pimp my ride carpet customization job

and the mounting points for the front of the wall. the front is just there for support, and it doesnt provide much else. It is the rear bolts tha thold everything ins

here is some of the mounting hardware holding the bottom in place

the bottom piece is bolted to the car, and the rest are connected using massive amounts of glue and screws.

you gotta eat, right?

Looks to me like VJ got a little pic happy...all the while attracting gays from all bends of new port richey.\

Building off the idea of 2x4's, and knowing that there will be a beauty panel in front of the wall, makes this part easy

what i ended up with

laid down some liquid nails because it seemed like a good idea. NO, i am not expecting the liquid nails to adhere to the metal car, but more to act as an insulator in case of any unwanted resonances take place between that sheet of metal, and the bottomside of the box itself.

small piece of seat belt bolt sticking out that we couldnt get the nuts that we had to witrk with. I just shaved the other one off completely.

anyway here is where we are at now with progress, and it doesnt seem like much, but 3 hours of work isnt all that bad, seeing as how we had to go from planning to cutting and buiilding....it isnt bad at all
