very nice so far!

just a quick question, why not build a door pod instead of going

the root of building such a large enclosure for the door?

as for the enclosure that you built in the doors in will probably cause a problem for you

in competing in dB Drag.. bass race you will be able to do so with no problem.

However competing in dB Drag will be a problem with that large box build on the door

As we know midbass speakers require at least 10l box

have 2 per box and less than 17l box for them ... So the boxes are not big at all for the them ... As i really want to hear some music as well //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

And i really dont care about the DB drag too much, as she will be loud enough for me //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

And theres very poor rules in Ireland, so she will be (is already unofficially) the loudest in the country //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Reading the rules here and ... tricky, as we know theres no space in panda doors fror the speakers

So how i must place them lol
you could get away by building a door pod and not have it go against the rules..

however by building an entire enclosure the size of what you've done, there is no way that it would be allowed to pass in the Super Street category.

Also if you're saying that the officiating staff would allow it to pass then they really are not doing their job nor are they officiating in a correct manner.

So to clarify if your intent is to compete in dB Drag the way it is with the door enclosures you made, then you'll be places in the Extreme class for sure.

Im not worried about that, if its really needed, i can take the doorboxes off for the measuring time //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

But this Panda will be a STREETBASSER if u get me :p

30hz BOOM, I move air, not meters lol

But well see how much shel get ...

tnx for all advices and comments again ! ! ! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/veryhappy.gif.fec4fed33b4a1279cf10bdd45a039dae.gif

Door pods are HUGE, defientely dont need that much air space....
But where are you going to be putting such big boxes like that in your car, I dont get it really

this is what the door panel on the vehicle look like.

thus explaning the available space

Why not make a shallower enclosure or pod vented into the door, be much neater //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Coz i like it in the way i built it and trust me, theres NO space for the speakesrs in the door ! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif Theres a GLASS as well //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

The boxes just LOOK big, as the car is actually very tiny !

They used to say its GOOD if u have at least 10l per midbass speaker, i hve there ONLY around 15 liters for 2 !

A bit quiet here, but lots of work done :beam:

But your not including the volume inside your door //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif and the boxes you built don't have backs from what I can see.

Like your new glovebox though //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

My door boxes are around 13 liters, small space the doors will give them is around extra 2 liters ...

Dude, I calculate even the butter i put on my bread here lol so chillax with ur statements please //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif
