Finally, yes finally after 2 years of btainwash i got my local friend so far that he brought his car to my place.

it was done before by his local Car Audio Specialist, but he wasnt happy with the result, if he wants, he will put the pics and comments up here about his previous build. All i can say here is "No Comments" ...

But thats not the main reason for that thread !

So He wants to get his car louder than it was before and i promised him i can do that , i dont know where i got the courage but i told him he will get very very close to 150 db or even higher with the setup he hit only 145 before. So what we have here:

18" Kicker Solobaric D2

10" Solobaric D2

2 x Zx1500.1 amps

2 x SX 1500.1 amps

Sx400.2 for the components

Calibre CQX3

and DS 650.2 coaxials just for the show for his local disco friends

Im going to wall it and tune it low, about 33-36, not sure yet exact freq

my buddy used to be on Team Kicker (when it was around) and had six Solo X 12's in his Golf walled up with idk amps, 2500's I think.

ya.. i dont think you will find many fans for running different sized subs at the same time

Oh sry guys i didnt explain it in my first post

2 subs will get different boxes, smaller one will be used daily to listen radio and save batteries for the "night boom"

Both subs will get separated boxes. And they will be NOT used together !

Build starts in next couple days, so you will get an idea.

Why not get a HO alternator and just run the 18? I think that would be better than having 2 different setups for listening. You could always turn the bass down.

In that car with a Solo X 18, if it's not doing a 155 something is wrong. The 10 should approach a 150 on music.

Well, im just a builder, tried to tell him the things but customer wishes u know ...
