I'd just end up cutting it if I had to remove it, not a big deal, my sawzall eats threw it real nice.

Although welding in there just got 1000x harder, because I used an acetylene torch! (turbo w/o oxy...yes it gets hot enough) But the flame is rather large, and the heat it puts out is pretty **** significant.

you could build a battery rack and stack two on one side then put the amps in the tire well?

Well, it's only going to be 1 3000D for the subs (maybe 2 in the future), and a little PDX amp for the components, which was going closer to the front anyway.
