Progress....thus far!

I wasn't really doing it for the purpose of build up. It would more b to get alll the bondo work out the way, then let it dry, n just sand smooth.
see what i mean?

Okay, as long as it's not thick you will be allright. Remember to knock down any rough ridges in the filler with a file or rough grit paper, when the filler starts turning rubbery. Allot easier to take off while rubbery then after it's hardened //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Yea, and the file eats it up. Think i might have access to a compressor and tank, just gotta see how big it is.

On my way home fing Flipped my truck, so my spirts are a little drained right now, so prob won't feel like working on it much. We'll see.

how did you do that?
Well from the beginning of my normal 5.5 hr ride, there was nothiong but rain, ice, slush, and snow, the whole 350 mile stretch.

It wasn't until about 250 miles in on i 80, my back quickly kicked/drifted left, so instead of going straight, started going diagnol right into the guard rail, by my car completed the 180. Hit the left side, spun and flipped on the left slide and glided for some distance.

And the thing was, that stretch of highway that i had was nothing compared to the 380, 95, 81, or 690 that i had just covered in the 250.

It would kick very slightly now n then, and i'd be able to recover it gently, it would look as if i abbruptly changed lanes, but i'd recover. This time the back kicked WAY to fast and too much to recover. Ended up climbing out the sunroof.

Fuk it i'm just glad to be alive, but still pissed that it happened. i had 4w drive on also.

sorry to hear that man. 4wheel does help but the rear end still likes to slide. ru going to get the truck fixed or get a new one?
Thx man.

Yea it was sliding the whole ride, very slightly though, so i would let it drift from lane to lane instead of cutting it back.

BUT this time, WOW!! it just slide outta NOWHERE REAL fast, and the road was practically clear compared to the other times. kicked so hard it was on it's way to 180degrees b4 i hit. I just started braking and braced for impact.

The insurance comp was mentioning total loss, so mightjust get a new one. I don't think the cost to repair would justify them paying off the note, although i could be mistaken.
