ok thanx guys so i guess you all agree it's because the wire is to thin as the problem cause well i guess ill be ordering wire before I put in the batt

if your adding a bat i would run a pos and neg 1/0 to the trunk. so get enuff for the two runs.

adding a bat would probably be a good idea also. so you dont ruin your new alt.

ok, im new to the whole 2 batts thing. but what i figured if do is take the wire from the front batt and put it to the rear batt. Then run that batt's + to the amp is this correct?

Well i may skip on the 2nd batt as its a 1400 instead of a 1800 and I dont think it's worth 100 used. But 0 gauge is still gonna happen thanx guys.
