I am getting this ticking noise from the front

ok update, my rigth front, and rear eft dont work any more.. this is getting too crazy for me

Did you have it installed? If so, then take it back to them and tell them to fix the problem. Sounds like the deck might be going bad. Install shops FTL if so. As far as static, could all be revolved around the deck issue. Not really sure, but I would take it back.

If by "they" you mean the install shop, what kinda walmart-as.s place are you going to?

Probably an easy problem to fix if you know what you're doing, so they dont wanna make a quick buck and help a guy out?

I'm sure there is someone on this forum that had the same problem, or someone near you that could help you out.
