Problem with screen. Eclipse won't help me!!

Alright, so the eclipse screen I got a month ago is giving me a problem. It's an AV8022 for reference. It plays dvd's and fm radio just fine. I pop in a normal cd and it will play for about maybe 10 minutes and will skip terribly. I know the cd isn't scratched and I know the cd player is reading it because you can see the time passing on the track time. I hear there's a digital audio cable it has to have. And it does. But I don't see why it would only play for about 10 min and then quit on me. Should I replace the cable? I sent eclipse an email and they won't reply. Any help is appreciated. Thanx in advance.

why not try calling them.

its not uncommon to not get a e-mail reply from lots of companies. i dont know why, but its normal.

have people lost the ability to call for help since the internet days? im not even trying to be a dick either, im just saying, i see it all the time.

you can also accomplish way more over the phone in 10 mins than you can, in 3 days worth of emails, since you can sit down and get every question answered on the spot instead of waiting for replys.

I would call em too,I have had great experiences with HU MFGs

They are alot more professional than speaker MFGs
