Problem with install

Hello folks,

As an introduction to my problem, let me say that I know nearly nothing about car audio (I know, let the flames begin.) I took my 1993 Corvette to Best Buy and had a system installed which included a head unit, an amp, a sub, and a set of four speakers.

As is my luck, there's a problem, and I was hoping someone could tell me what it is so when I take it back to a different place (I was not happy with the service or the install, obviously), I can explain what's wrong and the techs can easliy find it instead of searching for it.

The system works great when in radio mode, all speakers are working, and everything is fine. When I switch over to play a CD, I only get sound out of the sub, none of the other four speakers are working at all.

Anyone know what this is? Thanks for all the help in advance.

Well you have to choices... Maybe there's a problem with the output of your hu... or maybe the guys were drunk and did not wire the hu to the good speaker wires... I'll go with the first possibility.
