Need some advice.

I was playing my car-audio system while working on my car today, turned the volume to 0, because I had a phone call, forgot I left the stereo/amp on at 0.

Was about 5-6 hours before I came back and noticed. I also noticed there was no bass except very rare intermittent bass coming from the woofers. Audio

system was %100 working order before then. When I touched the amp it was cool to the touch, but still on. Any advice greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Have you checked to see if the battery is dead?
It might be drained after having the ignition turned so the HU and Amp were powered for 5-6 hours (0 Volume) with the car off, but the HU turns on, all the speakers

work even at loud volumes except the sub-woofers which I am getting rare intermittent bass, virtually non-existent. Can't start the car because someone is coming to

replace a seal tomorrow, no oil. Any advice appreciated.

check for the voltage ,how also check continuity of the grounds and remote
I have nothing to check it with at this time. I have no idea why this is happening, someone does though. What could have happened? Sounds battery related,

but the HU works at full volume, just not the subs. Blown fuse? Have NO idea.

battery is almost completely dead ,put a charger on it for a few hours and see if it works then
Thanks, I will. The only other thing out of place is I have the positive 0 G wire from my battery detached from the alternator. Hope there's no

danger in that. The reason that's like that, is because I am removing all my Big 3 wire to solder the terminals this weekend.

I agree with mylows. also when putting the charger on see where it initially registers on the gauge, if much off 0 then battery is dead.

The only thing I can think the problem might have been was the battery not being strong enough to trip the amp to power the woofers after

being on 5-6 hours at 0 Volume (amp powered hu powered). Car started no real issue, bass resumes. Thanks again everyone. Case closed.

So whats the Question?I mean, did you leave the power to amps on in acc on the car turned off, and have issues or whats going on..I guess I dont follow the statement for question

dead battery..lol

You could rev up the car to 4kish rpms for like 10 minutes and see how that goes first. Most likely needs to be hooked up to a charger.
I thought that was to only get 1/2 power restored?? 7k sounds a bit better,or just plug in to a wall socket/220
