problem..any suggestions?

I have a problem that i need some help with. I have an 01 Xterra with a small system..stock head unit, Polk 6.5's 2-MTX subs, MTX class D mono amp, small MTX amp (45wx2). I have 2 problems, first, if i try to turn the volume more than 1/2 way up it will cut out and make a slight buzzing sound until i turn it back down. Second, i have a loud popping noise that happens anytime i either lock/unlock the doors, roll up the windows, turn on headlights, turn on a/c, shift the automatic transmission, etc. Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.
