prob with HO alternator

just installed new high output alternator and now interior and exterior light strobe with rpm's

stock alternator is 105amp, installed 200 and tried a 145 and both aftermarket alternators had my lights flickering with rpm's.

Any thoughts on why this is would be helpful. I was trying to solve my head lights dimming when my sub hits. already did the big 3 with 0 gauge and have a 2F cap. running about 1200watts.
