I'm new th the whole audio thing so spare me some flames. Anyway I have an 06' Civic Si with Premium audio and my question is how do I make the two amps work together. The amp from my Jensen VM9311ts and my factory amp, I read somewhere else where they used RCA cables on the front and rear speaker wires and plugged it into the rca jacks in the back and it worked, but it didnt for me and my audio with my new headunit sounds crappy over m factory headunit. Any ideas how this setup could work together?

You want your aftmrkt HU internal amp to be "bridged" to the factory amp? Not happening.

It sounds like you have attempted to use a line output converter from your rear speakers and front speakers and plugged those into the outputs on your aftermarket deck. Bad Idea. Those are OUTPUTS they are not made for taking in power and turning it into more power through the speaker connections.

You need to get a new amp for your speakers or something if you aren't happy. Or if your factory HU worked better, then use it.
