prefab 6x9 kick pods...qforms?

anyone use these or have any pics or links, i know ive heard of them but never seen them. ive seen a pic of a car with "custom" made kickpods with 6x9s(forgot the link)...wish i could find it again:crap:

but again i'm looking to see the prefab ones.

i knew someone would ask that question but id rather not get into the discussion that i need some JL6.5components or whatever but rather that i would like to see some pics of these or maybe a link to some. i have 2 pair of high end 6x9s laying around & if i can put them in my vehicle then so be it(waste not ) if not then thats ok too

and i can understand that you want to use the equipment you already have.

if you really want to do this all i can immagine is doing them custom.

ya custom is always an option & probably not cheap i'm sure but if i can find prefab pods then i'll check those out also. i just figured someone here would have done this bfore or knows someone who has or has a link or pic.

I think it would completely kill your front stage. Sound is meant to be reproduced through a circle not and oval. If you want to use them, then Id say run your rear fill if you must with them.

i see where you're coming from.....

but like i said the 2 pair of 6x9s(boston acoustic rally & kenwood HQ690) sound beautiful & at this point i wouldnt care if they were square:crazy: , i would still like to use them for front & back if it came down to it .

hey its all user preference, if it sounds good to you, then go for it. Although it seems customer would be the only route.

had to work with what i had and i got the chance to learn how to fiberglass so it was all good. yay me oh and considering what it was, it sounded pretty **** good
