I'm saving $20 going with the ppi. What do you mean by cheap, are they made out of plastic and just feel kinda b*tchy?

If it is metal, it's a lot more flimsy. The Hifonics are a lot heavier and seem to keep cooler in my experience

Dam*n if this thread dont take us right back to the early 90s? Wonder how many times this question was asked back when these were real powerhouse cheaters?

if this were a couple years back or in my early days, i'd say go with the Hifonics. Just take a look at the parent companies, Maxxsonics vs Soundstream. now go look at the products that both companies put on the market and look at which company actually puts out fake numbers on a majority of there products. I have ran both but now run PPI amps, it's the Sedona 760.4 and 2000D.
