Pre-Workout Drink????

and for pre-workout (other than my protein shake), i've used NO xplode, white flood, and i am starting a cycle of jack3d in about 20 minutes when i hit the gym.

NO xplode worked well, white flood wasnt as good as no xplode, and i'll report back how jack3d does.

its all body-dependent too though, something that works for me may not work for you

I was anxious to try the new Jacked I heard it is better then the old Jack3d I wanna hear your review on it and taste! Thanks

i beleive in going natty... eat good foods, take a vegan multi-vitamin, and whey protein. you start taking all the supps and your body becomes dependent. you'll be bouncing around from product to product. any type of supp that has a lot of caffiene and stimulants to jack up the blood pressure isn't good over time.

as far as pre work outs go i have taken no explode, black powder and jack3d. All worked well for me however, jack3d has worked the best for me. I have had the best gains with jack3d

As far as taste goes orange no explode was the best followed by jack3d lemon lime and the orange black powder.

Also, with my jack3d I have found that I have kept my pump longer from my workout and have felt like I have more energy overall from it. The best part is it is the cheapest out of the 3 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

but like mentioned before it is body dependent so results will vary from person to person

everything about this post is wrong. ignore it.
X2

The only useful ingredients in most of the aforementioned pre-workout products is sugar and caffeine. You can just buy caffeine pills/other stimulants online for very cheap. Muuuuuch less that these designer products. Just be careful on the dosages. NO/Arginnine products have been medically proven to be of no use in regards to lifting weight. The "pump" results mainly from the release of insulin which can be triggered in numerous ways. Also many people exhibit gastrointestinal side effects from use of the products. IE crapping your pants.

The placebo effect is present with many of these products.

Creatine however has been proven by medical research to have positive results in regards to weight lifting. Bcaa's as well to some degree (they also cause the release of insulin).

Food will be your best friend in regards to gaining muscle. Many of the heavily advertised products are filled with BS unsubstantiated claims in order to drain your pockets. But who can blame them it's a business after all.

Pre-workout drinks = waste of money. X2 on water. The mind is a very powerful thing. If you think what you're drinking is going to make you stronger than it actually might. But that's where it ends.
