im not sure of those powerware batts ive never used them. but check these batteries out. they are good batts and in good condition. i can vouch for him, i bought one from him and its resting right at 12.9v. also at a hella cheap price as well. you could buy 2 of these for the price of one of those power wares.

i also have one of these and they are really good as well. but would rather pay the 200 shipped price for 2 batts then 240 for just 1 batt.
