powersonic batteries?

are these any good? did some Google searches but there is ALMOST 0 info out there from people for car audio applications.

here is the website. has all the models listed. the 121000 (3rd from the bottom) is the one im interested in.

the thing that gets me is the 121000 model. AGM batt, 100ah rating, only $172 plus shipping, basically a g31 batt, yet it will fit in my explorer battery tray with no cutting what so ever. they even have the 121100 which is 110ah, $190 plus ship (about $30 to CA). but it wont fit in the battery tray without chopping it up.

reason i am asking is because its either these, or the deka intimidator g31's for $143 plus ship. the deka is cheaper and has 100ah, but it wont fit in my battery tray without cutting, and the only other option is the g34 deka, but thats cuts down to 55ah, and it leave SO much extra room in the battery tray, i feel like im wasting space (buddy has both the g31 and 34 deka's in his explorer. i have an explorer as well).

any idea on the quality of these batteries? guess they've been in business for 30+ years or so.

there are alot of batteries that use that style of top personally though i dont like batteries with little tabs

same brand and colors.

little tabs are gay though.

They come in both F2 terminals and nut and bolt, these being the nut and bolt, so basically the same connect with a ring terminal, just uses a nut and bolt instead of just threading a bolt into the batt itself.

Should hopefully see how they do soon, would like to do something larger but these fit under my false floor nicely to hide.
