Will this amp: http://www.eclipse-web.com/amp/pa5422.html be able to power a set of Focal 165K2P.

# 2-way separate system.

# 165mm (6-1/2") midbass

# 40mm (1-3/8") voice coil

# 100mm (4") magnet.

# TN 52 tweeter.

# 2-way separate high-pass

# crossover 18 dB/oct. (3.5kHz).

# Adjustable tweeter level.

# Max. Power Handling: 200 Watts

# Nominal Power Handling: 100 Watts

# Sensitivity (2.8 V/1m): 92dB.

# Frequency response: 60Hz-20,000Hz.

If no, can anyone make some recommendations on a relatively good/affordable amp that will bring out the best in these speakers?

I don't know anything about that amp.

But I have powered mine with a PPI PC4100, PC6600, and a PG Octane amp. They sound the same regardless, at 100W each they will go louder (unbearably loud). They'll sound the similar unless the amp is horrible.

Brian

Edit that fixed crossover might be annoying, I have mine crossed over at 80hz i think. Otherwise it would be fine.
