Well thought i'd share since I don't see alot of peeps run em'. Esp this series......

I ended up selling my 18w6's cause they were just to dam big for the coupe. Used said money to pay a couple bills and pick up some new budget sub's. I went with these, from what i've heard Powerbass offers a pretty decent speaker for the $$.

2.5" vc (dvc4 only)

232oz motor

500/1000w

Sewn Tinsels

Z-2 Titanium zirconium cone

Large Roll, Santoprene surround

Single CNC machined chrome plated backplate with extended pole piece

These things ain't got nothin' compared to the jl's. Not that I expected them to be but it just puts in prerspective just how f'n huge they were.

The good part is that i'll still have the R's as backups if these don't work out.

Gasket wasn't fully seated fyi....

Initial quality is good. Also ran them free air for a little to loosen the suspension. So far so good.
