so i just bought a brand new orion 1200d, and it came to my surprise that it only accepts 4 awg wire. so my question is should i use 0 awg wire with reducers or should i just use the 4 awg wire? and another is how many amp fuse should i use or circuit breaker?

i would just use the 0/1 like you've got and then get a distribution block that'll have 4 awg outputs. as for your fusing question i'm not sure what you're asking exactly. the amp has fuses onboard right? if not then just get an inline fuse with whatever the manual specifies. if you're talking about the fuse on the battery end of your main power run then fuse it for the ampacity of the wire you're using. i'd use like a 250A fuse or so for 0/1.

I also vote for running the 1/0 back to a fused distro block that has 4 gauge outputs.

One like this would work well.

Stinger also has one with four 4 gauge outputs if needed. A few other companies make blocks that will take 1/0 in and send 4 gauge out to your amp(s).
