Potheads shouldn't be able to drive

//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif @ you. What would I say that could be deemed as "queer"? That there is nothing wrong with having faith? That people should do what's right, not whatever they want? That killing is wrong? How incredibly homosexual!

But to address the things you said, you're right, there is no proof that everything in the Bible happened; but that is the essence of faith. Believing in something that can't be proven. I have no problems with you being an atheist; however, if you want to denounce Christianity on the basis of there being no proof, can you offer any proof to the contrary? No. You believe there is no God, just like some people believe there is a God. We all have faith, it just comes in different forms.

And I'm sick of people saying "life is short, live how you want." Life is the longest da*n thing we do.

my final statement: If religion can turn someone's life around for the better, whether i believe in it or not, it's ok in my book. Now only if george knew the concept of compromise... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/banghead.gif.8606515f668c74f6de0281deb475b6fd.gif

geez i just read 13 pages of this trash

now it's my turn

i agree with whoever said if ur dumb or a loser before weed, you'll be worse off later

if you're a smart mofo like me, it CAN hinder your potential, it probably will, but depending on how much you let it, either it can hinder it a LOT or very little to virtually none. I took AP classes all through high school and my friends did too and some smoked. Generally those that didn't smoke regularly did better, but one of my stoner friends got straight a's. I personally didn't cuz YEA i let it get to me but dude...who wouldn't, it was senior year, everyone was already in college.

My dumb friends that took all the stupid classes and smoked were just hopeless. Some of them have stopped smoking entirely and have concentrated on working. But when I compare them to people like me (jobless but at a university) i'd rather be tokin it up and going to school than not smoke, drink an arseload and have a crappy dead end job. The ones that stopped smoking look down on us that still do, but imho we're in a 10000000x much better position than them. Plus, since they'd stopped they've all had legal encounters with alcohol (none of us are 21). So there's my info...............

P.S. Weed is addictive. I don't care who wants to disagree. IT IS. NO it's not as extreme as heroin, meth, coke/crack...but it is. Moreso than other drugs like mushrooms or ecstasy. Think about it, any psychological addiction is inherently rooted to a physical addiction. I had to take an 8 hour drug class and they go through EVERYTHING and primarily focus on weed cuz thats what 100% of the attendants were there for (when you get written up with buds). This class was NOT false propaganda. And about 95% of the people there were hopeless weed worshippers who defended the drug to their last breath. And as for the whole driving thing, I wouldn't recommend it. Some of my friends and I can drive loaded with a six pack and blunts, others of my friends can't drive for crap after one hit. It depends on you, but I would definitely say it DOES hinder your driving. But because driving can be so second nature for people that drive like 500 miles+ a week like me, it really isn't a problem. But i don know people that have crashed stoned...just don't do it. be careful

I still smoke, and I go to church. I think what I do is wrong but I know i'll grow out of it and that's my own issue. for those that defend weed with the bible, you guys are complete morons.

Nice to see a thread of mind reaching towards the 200 post mark. Originally this thread was to make a mockery out of werd's thread "Old people shouldn't be able to drive" being that wErd is a pothead, I saw it very fitting. I never dreamed that it would get this big. But anyway, carry on.

P.S. Weed is addictive. I don't care who wants to disagree. IT IS.
you sir, are an idiot.

addiction is for the weak. I used to smoke weed everyday then i jus decided to stop and i havent had a urge since.

i'm an idiot? so the hundreds of thousands in detox for pot are weak minded? i highly doubt it. Maybe not as strong as others, but once you reach the threshold, it does become physically addictive. Maybe you didn't make it such a regular habit (like the hours you're stoned is WAY higher than sober for years). The addiction itself is not as intensely neurochemical like the others...BUT IT'S STILL NEUROCHEMICAL. Before you call me an idiot, you dumbas s, just think logically. Think like a chemist. When you keep changing the chemistry of your brain for prolonged periods of times, it causes an imbalance that your body becomes used to. Therefore, your thc receptors in your brain which do nothing and remain inactive until you loc keep screaming more. Not like coke, but i'm 100% being honest. This isn't even considering the whole tolerance issue.

By addictive I'm not talking about some tweaker that's fiending, needs to hit the glass dick, so he robs some 7-11. I'm saying, imagine you were all of a sudden in a country where you couldn't get nugs. You're a stoner, you smoke as soon as you wake up, as soon as you come down, and you're always smoking unless you're sleeping. Believe me, you will not be happy. You're telling me that's strictly pscyhe? It's your brain, but it's not your psyche...it's the **** chemistry.

And for you morons that say weed is natural blah blah. that's the worst justification ever. Weed might be natural, God-given, whatever. but chronic definitely wasn't. You think you're gonna find a chronic plant growing on your next hike? It's a drug, period. And i'm not hating on any stoners, I just want the facts straight. I'm a stoner, I'm stoned now, I'm gonna smoke later, but it's summer so I really don't give a flying f*ck.

Code:

Sorry, but you are incorrect.Weed does not become physically addicting. It will make you slightly phycologically addicted, but never physically. It does come down to having a strong free will if you wish to stay clean.people with weaker minds will have a harder time getting clean. This is true with just about everything you do.After smoking constantly for about 2-3 years(only really sober when sleeping) I was able to stop instantly(been 11 months since I last smoked) so I could pass some drug tests.Every person reacts differently to marijuana,so you can't say all people will be addicted after smoking for a long, long time.

Code:
I had to take an 8 hour drug class and they go through EVERYTHING and primarily focus on weed cuz thats what 100% of the attendants were there for
I has to go to the same class after getting caught and put on probation for marijuana.I don't ever remember them telling me marijuana was very addicting. They didn't tell us bullshit, they told us staright up that marijuana isn't as bad as everyone makes it out to be,but the major problem is that it's illegal. The class I took focused many on the legality(sp) of it mostly since there were not too many horrible things about it.

dude, why is it that if you're a stoner for years and years and then you stop. don't you notice it's like, not easy to eat or sleep. that sounds like something physical to me
O god ........we have reached a new level in dumbazzness......please shield yourself and children for the contents of the above mentioned post
