:hilarious @ your comparison. Now the Bible is open to interpretation, similar to the way the statement "the fox jumped over the instrument" is. This is the Bible we are talking about. This is not a discussion about different religious sects, it's a discussion about you saying God wants us to smoke weed because an undefined plant was mentioned in the Bible.

no the fact is that the bible covers all herbs unless you missed that part. Cannabis is a herb("A plant that has no woody tissue and that dies down to the ground at the end of a growing season"). Psalms 104:14: He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man: that he may bring forth food out of the earth. Cannabis is a herb and herbs are for the "service of man" whatever you may interpret that to be, and so that he may bring forth food out of the earth. Herbs are food, and man can bring them out of the earth to use as food. thats my interpretation.

Debating about what the bible says its not a hard thing to do saying that nobody knows for sure if what we are raised to believe is true. I myself believe in god and used to goto church before i started working and going to school. Still though there is many unanswered questions in life that we only find the answers to when we die or as some people believe get reincarnated. Are you kidding me? "Service of man" is explained in the very next line - "that he may bring forth food out of the earth." The passage is saying that God grows grass for the cattle and creates food for us to eat. The King James version says herb, whereas different versions use different words for it. The New King James version says vegetation. The New American Standard Bible says vegetation. The English Standard Version says plants. The New International Version says plants. How you are confusing this with marijuana shows how far you are reaching. It's about God giving us food you idiot.

you wont see white widow as an entree, or any other strain, because the US cannabis laws are stupid, and out dated. and dont tell me to move somewhere else if i dont like the law, cause the united states used its influence to make sure almost every country in the world outlaws cannabis.

yes i honestly believe God gave us cannabis to use, whatever method that maybe, smoke, eat, vaporize, whatever. doesnt matter if 99% of the people who use it, smoke it, they dont all share the same beliefs as me, or you, or anyone else.

Hey...doesn't that sound a lot like the crusades? The catholic church killed many people in the name of the Christan God.
Is anyone in particular familiar with Thomas Paine - 'The Age of Reason' ? Paine makes the conclusion that anything you read is a second-hand revelation and that the only proof you know that the word you are reading/hearing is divine is simply someone elses word and not God's himself. Given that. Anything you read (even the bible) is second-hand revelation and shouldn't be taken as whole truths. Pretty much, Paine states that if you want to find God, look in His creation - because it's a medium that can't be told to you second-hand, and can't really be counterfeited. Weed is part of that creation and brings me closer to God without sifting through an organized religion. If you want to continue to believe the propoganda the church tells you then be my guest. But it's mainly in the interest of the church, not in the interest of the pilgrim. Before you raise the BS flag, keep in mind, both my parents are pastors and I know the system in and out. The purpose of religion is to help people find God in their own way - what it is now is an organization that begs for money so that it can be self-sustaining.

So before you tell someone their going to hell. Think outside your miniscule box and realize that nobody has the right religion.
