Lol theirs one listed in arnegurd nd it's from like 1990 in the little rinky dink town with a small three stall garage they are trying to sell for 250k lol anyone that has the kinda down payment laying around to purchase a 20+ year old trailer house... It would take quite a bit if you could even get financed for it.. Is way more likely to purchase something new for the same price

$250k would buy just about any house in the town I live in. There are a few in the neighborhood with the golf course where the doctors live that sell for a bit more... But they're nothing special, just the location makes them higher. Most neighborhoods you could buy 2 nice houses with $250k. Lol

I watch House Hunters from time to time. I'm shocked at the amount of house I could get in another state than what I paid for mine (265K) in 2008.

Then again, diff state, jobs may/may not pay as good, cost of living may not be as more as other states, etc. Lots of factors fall into play.

I could easily move to TX and get myself a 3000 sq ft home far less than than what I paid for my house. I'm the type of person that likes to get more for my $$. That's def not happening here. Some people just get lucky tho.

Which is still severely underpaid compared to other companies.

Casing crew? Most I've seen in my area are high on meth, even some rough necks.

Yeah basically casing crew. I don't work on rigs. Mainly pipe yards putting on collars or float equipment. I do R&D also. We have 15 tongs. 2 3/8" to just over 21". Have 4 machines that can do over 150k ft lbs. I assure you I'm not methed out lol

With my company if I put in 8% they Match 4 but that's max they contribute.. But starting on a service rig in Williston is 20 an hour for someone green... I was at 30 till they cut our pay again....
