What I have learned from an internship I did two years ago (I am a Jr. now) is it doesn't matter what degree you get, as long as you are a half way intelligent person there will be a job somewhere out there that will pay halfway decent and have the opportunity to work up the latter. It was kind of shocking talking to C-level executives, none of whom had a business degree (I am a Finance major), and hearing them downplay the idea of getting a degree that is specific to a profession they are interested in. They basically said, "just get a degree in something. You learn next to nothing in school anyways, once you get out half of what you learned is probably obsolete that once you get to a new job you will be taught everything you need to know."
Anyways, I will be doing another internship this summer (w00t $14/hr) and I highly recommend them. In my opinion, you will gain so much more through experience than sitting in a classroom. Plus, at the end of the day what is separating you from the guy next to you who just graduated? Probably any type of experience you have (i.e. internships). GPA's are way overrated.
