I am very close to entering college. I am going to be taking classes for real estate, learning how to buy and sell it and stuff. But that isn't something you just jump into, and I will need something to do untill I get that going after college. What do all of you do for careers? I am trying to find something that will interest me. I don't want to wake up everyday, dreading the very thought of facing work again.

I work for Wachovia and don't do shit all day but run around and play office bish..

But its great, make big money, and firms are constantly offering you $$ to come work for them..

I like making money and I like working with, so I am happy every day..

Just 20 min ago I was talking to the sec. over at Centex Homes, she sounded hot, so I worked some magic..

Set up a meeting for my boss and got a date for tonight at the Kettle Art show..

Life is goood!

here's an idea, find something you enjoy and do it. we cant answer what a good career choice for you would be since we dont all like the exact same things out of a job.

If you are looking into real estate, Just get a solid business degree, with maybe a minor in marketing and business psychology. Maybe some investment courses as well to help you manage capital.

I looked into becoming a real estate appraiser before, and a real estate business requires alot of "after" class. You will have to go through special school after getting your business degree that will last 2-6 years depending on your detication to it. The money is very slim during those times... The you become an appraiser and start aking money. It's hard to get through but in the end is rewarding so i'm told.
