2 cubic feet after port and sub displacement tuned to 28 Hz.
The ports are flared with the router on both ends. All the edges but the bottom perimeter are radiused. There is a brace inside the enclosure that supports the motor structure to eliminate any chance of the basket cracking (I've seen a few of those on here and I'm not taking any chances).
The amp rack and sub enclosure are going to take up the whole trunk (hey, what are back seats for if not to carry the golf clubs?!?) All the exposed edges have been radiused with the router. I overloaded my table router 3 times last night using a 1/2" template bit. My entire garage is under about 1" of sawdust. I really need a dust collection system //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif. I left a cloud of sawdust in the laundry room when I undressed last night. I just need to paint the amp rack and then start installing it all in the car. I should have some in-progress and completed pics up by the end of the day.
edit: I almost forgot, other than the hotglue I used to hold the ports in, there was not a drop of glue used in the construction of the sub enclosure or amp rack, and yes, the enclosure is sealed (other than the ports, obviously).
