Possible looking for an 18, which one?

I just like the 4hp motor mainly because they can fit into a smaller box than most other subs. I don't think there's any 3hp based motors out there that can take an actual 3k is there? It'd have to be a custom recone for that to happen
Definately. But you can get 3hp's cheap, and have Fi or IA recone them pretty cheap.

I'd just like to have a bit more power for 4hp's. They are nice the way they model up for small boxes though. You just need big power to move them.

Sorry for my bad spelling never my strong point I'll work on it though, and everyone thanks for the input and if there are any others that someone would like to throw out feel free

That really depends on the soft parts that you use also. Lowering the moving mass and use an efficient coil and 3000watts would move a 4hp quite a bit. But yea, 3hp is cheaper

I would like to stay around the $600 range for the sub, I need to figure out the alt deal I thing I'm going to convert the stock toyota alt to a chevy for easy of getting and I am running two batts aleardy in my current set-up with a RD Audio 3250.1

for that budget you have a lot of choices out there, most of which have been listed already. Just look at all the choices given and pick one based on price, looks, and whatever else you think is a criteria and you should be good. I still say a 4hp motor with custom recones //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/yumyum.gif.0556df42231b304b9c995aefd13928a8.gif
