You can either make it out of PVC piping, or make a rectangular port with MDF. I think rectangular ports are easy, plus there is less of a chance of port noise with them. This is what mine looks like:

do u have sites or pics of other enclosures that have the same port as urs ????????????

and can u give me ported box dimensions for 2 '12' subs with the port that ur using ???

i have pioneer priemer (Recom 1 ft per sub)

Oh boy..sure, gimme a little while though. You know the dimensions you have to work with offhand? That would help me a lot. You know I'm missing class to help your ass out. Lol, j/k, wasn't going to it anyway!

k, I'm not real good with WinISD, but I think this is right. I got 2.673 cu ft., tuned to 33 Hz. But I need to know what dimensions you have to work with in your car. So get back to me, ok?
 
My Max Dimensions in my trunk r : H 14 , W 25 , D 25 (Dont want to take up all the space)

but i think they will be enough ,,, i might go for sealed since ported is a bit hard to do .... am not sure till now ..... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

I was gonna say, with those subs, I say you go sealed. It will get loud but still be very accurate if you go sealed. Around 2 cu.ft. should do.
 
sorry then , i ll keep it here , jmac told me 1.5 per sub is good . and in my subs manuals it says 1.0 per sub.

The black rca out is your mono sub output. That is the one you would use for signal to your sub amp.

And you failed to mention airspace of the box or the sub and power you were running. In 89 most subs were extremely low xmax meaning very little...
