ported box?

ok i just got 2 twelve inch l7's, and im trying to build a ported box. i have a 98 single cab f150 with a crawl through, so the box can only be 42 inch wide and 13 inches tall. it doesnt matter how deep it is, i need to know how long/wide the port has to be if 11.5 inches tall. im going to build it next week or so...i know nothing about ported boxes
