Ported Box

Okay im finishing up my first ported box today, all I have to do now is wrapp it in some black vinyl... Here is my question I have a few cans of rubberized Coating Would it make my subs sound better if I sprayed the inside of my box? I have no camera at the moment so no pics but my box is 36x18x15 tuned about 33-34hz and I am running 2 RE SE 12'S...

come on someone has to know if this well make either a good or bad improvement.. I was told by spraying the rubberized coating it sound deadens the box making the box hit tighter and if I do spray the box should a spray the port as well?? please help me out
