hey guys, gotta quick question. i was told by a friend that if you instal subs inverted on a ported box it will not do the subs justice at all. is that true, should i face them normal, or will it really not make a difference if i have them inverted?

Doesn't matter...just make you sure factor in the extra space because you don't have to deal with the sub's displacement taking up room in the box.

Sonically, it doesn't matter.

Really it's close enough to the same thing, as long as you reverse the phase...

To the unknowing ear even those noises may be inaudible though. Especially if the sub-stage is in a trunk.
