Well im building two ported boxes for my explorer sport for two type e's then later i plan on upgrading to type r's. But anyways, what way should i face the subs and port? i was thinking making the subs face the back of the truck and the port facing up. Anyone wit a suv got ne suggestions? thanks guys

I've seen it done like that a couple times and have heard no complaints.

My sub and port are both facing the hatch, but the box is too deep/wide to turn it so the ports are facing the roof. It would tip over on my first turn.

I've always had my subs fire towards the hatch though, and I don't really have any complaints.

The best thing to do is probably build a couple boxes and do some experimenting.

You have roughly 50 liters total, which will probably work with that sub.
