Ported box design for extended cab

I have a 96 toyota tacoma ext cab and 2 kicker cvr 12's. Everybody has been telling me that ported is better but i do not know the first thing about ported boxes. does anybody have a design for a similiar truck or should i just go sealed?

Its hard to say which would be better without knowing what youre looking for out of your system.
