ported box design... camaro 12" l7 help?

well i traded my kicker cvr 10"s for another kicker solarbaric 12, i had one b4 but then i sold it b/c i couldnt figure out how to make a ported 12" sub box for my hatch area. can someone please help me out, i wish i could just make a plain jain easy as L ported sub box but i dont have room. i want to use 3/4" mdf and have the box as big as possible and it has to be ported, can someone point me in the right direction as to where to start or better yet does anyone have any expirience with this sorta box build?

btw the amp pushing the l7 is a profile ap2000

i like the setup and system now but i want the low sound of the 12" i had a 12" l7 in a piece of sh** box and it hit pretty hard, i have an oportunity to trade these two 10" cvr's even for the 12" l5 and it comes with a box that i can use temporarily, is that a good deal you think?

well u know the L7 is rated higher than the L5. I suggest u get a box built for the L7 tuned around 33Hz to get some good SQ.

a good built box for a camaro has like 13 pieces i think my buddy has one that takes up the opening where your box is up onto the deck where your amp is

thanks man, i really like the setup i have now i just want the low notes of the 12, my bro's type r kinda spoiled me i guess.

i know there are a ton of different sides for the camaro box but i think i can make it work i just have to figure out how to make the port any ideas?

hey man there was a really long thread on here about a month ago about a guy with a camero doing the same thing. There was alot of controversy between the people and he ended up rebuilding and made another build thread. Look it up.
