yes..we run our aeroports out of the box...
try a smaller box...do you have access to a meter besides at shows?

thats the problem, enclosure to small and need more cub ft, but its the biggest enclosure that will fit in the trunk.

i know you said it theoretical, im not trying to be a dick, but that doesnt account for impedance rise..which is a big factor when messing with volume/port legnth/port area/box placement...
those programs are useless...like i said, get on a meter

i actually think bbp6 accounts for impedance rise IIRC.
