port displacement help

Just as you said it... you just subtract and recalculate. Formula for volume of a cylinder is Pi times radius(squared) times the length of port itself. Then just subtract that from the total volume inside the box. Subtract from that the displacement of the subwoofer itself and you have the exact net volume you will end up with (minus any internal bracing if you choose to do so).
