you either have to use a port that is less than the depth of the enclosure (which probably won't work since it's so shallow) or get a flexible port. i've said it before and i'll say it again: porting wedge shaped boxes through any face but the top is a huge pain in the ass and should be avoided at all costs.

You could try to make the port longer, but there might be other reasons with the box won't extend lower, or even the sub. You'd have to reverse...
