in a truck with subs up and a aeroported box which would be louder port forward or port backwards about 8-10 inches from back wall

I can't give any direct advice on this subject, as I do not own a truck. But, I would suggest trying it out both ways (port forward and port back) and see which gives you the best results. Even try firing the port sideways, just to cover all the angles and see which sounds best.

I was also gonna say ports to the side if you can. If not, port up.

currently have the subs up and port back and it sounds really good dont hear much port noise and it shakes the whole truck on only 850watts so far
