popping sound

today i received my pg tantrum 1200.1 amp and i hooked everything up correctly and my 13w7 is wired to 3ohms. i went to turn on my car and the amp powered up and then within seconds i heard a popping sound and my sub wasn't working. the amp was on but the fan on the side wasn't spinning and the sub has suction to it when i push it. did i just blow my effing sub and amp? i had everything on the amp turned all the way down to 0 so nothing should've came out and it still blew. wtf happened?

i only have 1 fuse and it's a 200 amp circuit breaker. and yes my breaker is on. and i don't see a place for a fuse on the amp.

check for speaker and power wire shorts while your at it too
