Popping/buzzing sound coming from sub???Help!

I just changed out the amp running my sub and now when ever you change between the radio to a CD or even different track on a CD you can like a popping sound coming out of the sub, but theres nothing playing.

I had a cheap refurb profile amp running my sub now I have a phoenix gold x200.2 bridged. Nothing has changed as far as grounding spots or anything, it was just a simple swap out. Any help as to what it may be?

Both amps are grounded in the same spot and my component amp dosen't have any issues...

i know the answer.....check your RCA's and make sure they are all the way in....it happened to me

u might have blown your RCA outputs on your cd player..what cd player do you have by chance?

its either your deck or your ground. I lived with the noise for 3 months, then i regrounded, and scraped the paint off real good, and had a short ground and it stopped.

The ground is kinda far away from the amp, amp is all the way to the right, ground is all the way to the left.

the ground needs to be as short as possible attatched to bare metal no paint
