Poppin' Fuses like its my job...

alright bishes..

i ran my 15ft of 1/0 installed my 200A distro block, didnt run the wire through the carpet yet, looks nukkuh rigged right now.. i turned it on for only a few mins.

i didnt have enough 1/0 to ground so i kept my 8gauge ground.. is this bad? like will it be alright for a week?

oh and another thing, my dad was telling my since i have a 200A fuse my truck could catch on fire if the wire touches anything because its such a big fuse.. he made me park on the street instead of parking in the driveway :/ someone tell me hes wrong?
