I got only basic tools to work with, 10" circular saw, jigsaw, and a drill. But anyhow, here it is:
Building two boxes for a RE MX 12": 1.5ft^3 sealed and 2.25ft^3 ported, will test both and see which one i like more.
Some main cuts made by Home Depot, the rest my circular saw did the job:
no router, so i'd to drill a few holes and let the jigsaw work it's magic:
test fitting ported box:
sealed box almost done, just need the top and bottom:
painting the inside of the ported box to match my carpet:
that all works, shall be finishing both boxes tomorrow. Can't wait til sub comes in!
2nd days work, i got carpet at a local walmart, it's not big enough for the ported box, so i only carpeted the sealed. Need to order carpet online.
Sand and rounded the corner:
top predill, prescrew, ready for some glue, can you said got 'screwed'!

fewww..after 2 days of hard work, it's almost done! Still need to carpet the ported box, replace 4 awg with 1/0 power cable, do the big three, install new amps, deaden the doors (maybe the trunk if needed)...more to come!
