poor amp

i haven't decided yet if i'm gonna steal the rca jacks from the output and move them over, or if i'm just gonna put some female rca cable's in there and run them out the holes. if i do the second i'd feel much safer cause i wouldn't have to pull the board out...

Sucks nonetheless, though. Nice amp...or at least it was/will be again eventually...

it was securely mounted...about 1/2" off the floor. the rca jack itself was touching the floor. i guess vibrations got the best of me

probally had amp laying around unmounted....RCA's jerked connector out of the amp....

I am with Prowler on that one. Hard to see how the RCA jacks could be too close to the floor causing that. Unless it was mounted on a vertical surface very near the floor with the connections pointing down. If it was mounted flat on the floor is it possible that someone stepped on them?

it is mounted vertical, and all the connections on my amp come out the bottom. i'm fixing it tonite and putting it back in my car. when i get it back in i'll take a pic so you can see how it is mounted. (keep in mind i've already raised it up about an inch or so)

i think maybe they were already starting to come loose before it came apart.

the bass just sounds so much cleaner now than it did before.
