Poll: Dems better to beat recession

they said the same thing about Jimmy Carter at one time too:laugh: What is going to be funny is when Cap and Trade hits and people realize that 95% of the people don't get a tax cut but 100% will end up paying $1200-$1700 more on a year JUST on household/car energy. When business starts paying that the cost of everything will go up as well.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif
That's ok because they are printing a lot of extra money to make up for it:laugh:

The only reason I think Obama may be able to do it is that he is spending on new industry and should be putting a lot of people to work doing so, similar to what happened under FDR when we entered WWII, but there we had a war to help us, here we have nothing. Another good thing is that the rest of the world is just as bad off as we are. China may even be worse off ATM.

Most of this is not long term jobs as they are not sure which technologies will even work the best. So far all I see is a lot of spending and NOT doing what has WORKED in the past. Our country can not support failure on the premise of "too big to fail". What the government used to do is break up banks/ financial institutions and sell off the good parts and let the bad parts fail. This "new way" is unproven, very expensive and teaches people BAD business sense. When businesses get let off the hook it teaches others that they do no wrong or can do no wrong which is very simply NOT THE CASE.

Well it must be true since these polls are always right. I wonder how many of the people polled were Obama voters.
some polls had Obama winning the election by 27+ percentage points and for some odd reason democrats think Obama won by 25+% during the election. Reality was 6%-7%//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wow.gif.23d729408e9177caa2a0ed6a2ba6588e.gif

I think it does not matter the party affiliation, nobody really knows what to do jump start the economy. It just happens that now a different set of people are now in a position to do something. Who knows what it will take to turn the economy around. Most are aware of how we got here, but many don't know what it takes to turn it around and how long it will take to turn around. So all in all party affiliation has nothing to do with being better qualified to turn the recession around as now the recession is on a global scale not localized to an individual country.

they know what to do but it is better to play dumb to pass an agenda than it is to fix the problem. Break up the banks and lenders sell the good parts and let the bad parts fail...they have done this before ....

They are better suited because they are going to beat the recession by spending us into a depression. Winnar!!
Can't argue that. Notice how the media plays it? Obama is working hard yet took 3 or 4 days to sign the stimulus that had to be pushed through because Obama was on vacation. No coverage of the Tea Parties, or the change in the polling criteria to "show" Obama is more popular than ever.....//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Obama's team fix a vote, no never...

***cough*** acorn ***cough***

Lowering EVERYONES taxes and cutting spending would be a solid start.
So you are essentially saying taking on more debt //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif Brilliant.
Except for the less spending part.
